Just a brief recap on the state elections from last night:
- Republican Mike Testa ousted incumbent Democratic Senator Bob Andrzejczak
- Assembly Republicans will gain as many as four seats.  

     1) Both seats District 1
     2) Both seats  District 2 (not yet confirmed)

-  Minority leader Jon Bramnick and running mate Nancy Munoz held off challengers in district 21
-  Republican incumbent Ryan Peters and Republican Jean Stanfield beat democratic challengers in district 8
-  Assemblyman / Senator Anthony Bucco and newcomer Brian Bergen held off Democratic challengers in district 21. Senator Bucco will not be seated as an Assemblyman and will be filled by a Republican next year.
