As expected, Governor Murphy signed the SFY2020 budget. While the Governor line-item vetoed some of the legislature’s increases, the $7M in CC funding and $30M for NHs remained in the budget. However, Governor Murphy is withholding $235M in spending until the legislature’s revenue projections are realized. It is unclear if healthcare funding will be included in this proposal.
